Training description

Sup’Biotech’s Food Science summer program including English-taught courses in nutrition, marketing and practical work with Romain El Andaloussi, Culinary Engineer specialized in Biotechnology, Pastry, Cooking and Bakery.

From July 5th to July 23rd, 2021, Monday to Friday, from 5pm to 9pm (Paris time)

From home, from our culinary laboratory or from any place with a kitchen!
