Training description

Sup’Biotech’s Food Science summer program including English-taught courses in nutrition, marketing and practical work with Romain El Andaloussi, Culinary Engineer specialized in Biotechnology, Pastry, Cooking and Bakery.

From July 5th to July 23rd, 2021, Monday to Friday, from 5pm to 9pm (Paris time)

From home, from our culinary laboratory or from any place with a kitchen!

1450€ for the 3-week online program
2400€ for the 3-week on-campus program, including housing, 2 meals per day during weekdays, cultural activities and much more!
