The minimum language level required, namely : B2 in French and B2 in English will be verified no later than end of April, 2024 For both admission and graduation, students must justify a B2 level in French and in English, attested by certified tests. French : Should students provide the DELF B2 in their application for admission; they automatically meet this requirement for the degree. Students, who cannot provide the DELF B2 in their application, for admission, may: - either pass a TEF or TCF B2 with at least the following 4 skills: written comprehension, oral comprehension, written expression, oral expression. Kindly note that these tests are accepted only for admission. In order to be awarded the Engineering degree, they must ask explicitly during their studies at Arts et Métiers, the official recognition of their test, at the Registrar's Office. In the absence of such a request, a DELF B2 is still required to be awarded the Engineering degree of Arts et Métiers. - either, pass a non-certifying internal language test at Arts et Métiers. It is an exception for candidates who are unable to take the required tests (e.g. due to the closure of examination centers because of a pandemic). In this case, during their study period in France, students must pass a DELF B2 test and give the score results to Arts et Métiers, before graduation. English : Students should provide a TOEIC with at least 785 points (or equivalent certificate with equivalent level: IELTS, TOEFL and Cambridge test) in their application for admission.
