Our n+ master students are qualified to fulfil high level technical and economic functions in the sectors of Agro-Industries, Food Industries and all other related activities.

The first semester (S7) and the beginning the the second semester (S8) consists of a core courses program in Food Science and technology, completed with Humanities.
The last part of the second semester (S8s) propose more specialised courses preparing to the M2 year, called Specialisation year.
The M2 year consists in :
* one specialisation semester (S9)
* one practical training in the industry or research center.
7 specialisations programs in the area of Food Sciences and Engineering are proposed.
