What flexibility from partnership ?

The company benefits a full flexibility from partnership ! The company:

·        selects the engineering student on it’s own choice

·        determines it’s own amount (total or partial) of the financial aid,

·        chooses the period of financial aid ( it can be any period from the arrival of the student in France to end of his training programme, etc.)

And also, Company negotiates with the engineering student the type of partnership it wishes under judiciary terms.

·        With subordination -  a partnership tailored in the perception of a future possible  recruitment. In this case, there are two possibilities – with or without guarantee.

·        Without subordination -   without any official intention of recruitment.
