The "Paper" file

These documents will allow the "n+i" evaluation committee to complete its review of your online application by verifying that all of the information it contains is accurate.
 
Do not change the information in your “Electronic file” which so could be different from the “paper file” you sent before.
 
After validation when your application is reviewed, you still have an access to your application from but you cannot change anything.
 
The "paper" file you have to mail (use express mail service) to the address mentioned on your web page, must include:
1.     Printed and signed 2 copies of your completed "electronic" file (sign each page),
2.     Printed and signed 2 copies of the convention between you and Réseau "n+i",
3.     Printed and signed copies of your statement of personal goals (letter of motivation),
4.     Printed and signed copies of the description of your proposed professional project,
5.     Join two sealed letters of reference,
6.     Attach official documents (notarised copies or copies certified as authentic) translated into French or English by an approved translator, as well as copies of your degrees and diplomas, grade reports, etc.,
7.     Attach notarised copies or copies certified as authentic of your academic transcripts mentioned in your application form (in original language) and translated into French or English by an approved translator,
8.     Please join official documents proving your identity, date and place of birth (notarised copies or copies certified as authentic) translated into French by an approved translator,
9.     Include 4 passport-size photographs
 
And as soon as possible:
10.send any reports of test results (such as GRE, TOEFL, TEF, or TCF).
 
If no test of French is available in your country, please give evidence of your level in French with letters from accredited persons. These results (TEF, TCF):
·         Can be required to get a visa (see Embassy and Consulate).
·         Can help you to be exempted of the PIL (French summer course). The exemption, if it is possible, will be notified by "n+i" Network.
·         Increase your chance to be selected.
 
Attention:
 
  • Respect the mailing address mentioned on your web page,
  • State in your cover letter that the documents you are furnishing are authentic and accurate. Any discrepancies between your online application and supporting documents will result in disqualification of your application.
  • Initial every page of your supporting documents
  • Do not send original documents. No documents will be returned whether you are accepted or not.
  • Your online file cannot be evaluated unless and until your supporting documents are received by post.
  • Please read carefully the legal mentions and sign your application from and the "convention".
 
Tips:
  • Your complete paper file must reach us by the deadline (see Admission timetable),
  • With your "n+i" login and password, you can track the progress of your application in real time.
  • Be thorough. Errors may harm your chances of admission. Missing documents may cause the committee to pass over important information and to invalidate your candidature.
  • Send all of your documents as a single, complete package. Do not send incomplete sets of documents.
  • Do not send originals. Documents are not returned, regardless of the action taken on your application.
  • Documents must be submitted in French or English. Documents prepared in other languages must be translated into French or English by a translator approved by the cultural centre of the French Embassy or Consulate. The translation requirement applies to degrees and diplomas, grade reports, honours, test results, your statement of goals, and all other documents.
  • Submit a detailed statement of grades earned in each subject in each of your 4 years of postsecondary study. Indicate the grading scale used and your rank among all students in that subject or university (e.g., 33rd in a class of 150).
