Sessions 1 and 2

There is one period from end of August 2009 to March, 7th, 2010 to apply through the website, but 2 sessions (deadlines) for selection.
You may apply all along this campaign but if you want to compete for a scholarship you must apply in session 1.
Earlier you apply and better and greater are your chances to get a maximum of offers (From Engineering schools) and scholarships.
Pay to confirm you choice quickly (in paying deposit and invoice before the deadlines).
You respect four important steps before the respective deadlines of each session:
a. Send, before the deadline, all your documents usefull to validate your file,
b. Once you have offers, make a ranking of Engineering Institutes making an offer to you (see calendar),
c. To confirm your selection, pay, as soon as you receive the quotation, the deposit (€ 300) before the deadlines,
d. Pay the invoice before the deadlines of the session. If you pay it on time you will have, on your webpage, the confirmation of your admission in the selected institute, of the subject of your studies, of the location,….and an invoice itemizing the costs of training, to be paid before the deadlines.
Attention : Admission will be definitive only after the full payment of the invoice.
Scholarships may be awarded after the payment of the invoice. In such a case, the “n+i” organization will refund you.
IMPORTANT : Dates of application and dates of payment of deposit and invoice are strict conditions to determine your session and so the discount.
Please consult the calendar for all information about deadlines.
Session 1
Session (up to November, 8th, 2009), mainly for students who candidate to a scholarship (Companies, “n+i”, Eiffel, Embassies scholarships…),
Depending on your payment we may have different cases:
Case 1: You have given your ranking of the offers so you are interested in a programme
a. You pay the deposit before the deadline of the session 1. « n+i » network will send you an invoice and a letter of admission under condition.
There are two cases :
i. You pay the invoice before the deadline of session 1, your admission is definitive. “n+i” organization will send you all information about your studies in France.
You are in the list of candidates whose application for scholarship will be examined first (list 1)!
ii. You do not pay the invoice, your choice is locked on the chosen school up to the payment of the invoice. (This date cannot be later than June, 4th, 2010).
You are in the list of candidates whose application for scholarship will be examined in second (list 2) after list 1!
b. You have not paid the depositbefore the deadline of the session 1. Your choice will be locked on the school chosen but on the waiting list.
Attention, schools are recruiting in priority students who have normally paid their invoice and the school may so cancel, anytime, your admission depending of the recruitment through its main list. There is a risk.
You are in the list of candidates whose application for scholarship will be examined in third (list 3) after lists 1 and 2!
Case 2: You made no choice, no ranking, no answer your file is transferred to the next session but all schools that made an offer to you will be withdrawn from the list for further potential offers.
An early recruitment (in session 1 if possible) is better for:
· Students who may prepare gently themselves to go to France in a better way. (visa, intensive courses of French, preparation, …),
· Schools to plan their recruitment and the welcome of students and to look for scholarships from regions or companies,
· “n+i” organization to find scholarships and better plan the welcome of students.
This is why, the « n+i » organization encourages students to apply in session 1 in targeting the scholarships on them (for students under the session 1 status).
Session 2
Session 2 from November, 9th, 2009 up to March, 7th , 2010
Depending on your payment we may have different cases:

i. You pay the invoice before the deadline specified for each session, your admission is definitive. “n+i” organization will send you all information about your studies in France.
ii. You do not pay the invoice, your choice is locked on the chosen school up to the payment of the invoice. (This date cannot be later than June, 4th, 2010).
b. You have not paid the deposit before the deadline of the session 2. Your choice will be locked on the school chosen but on the waiting list. Attention, schools are recruiting in priority students who have normally paid their invoice and the school may so cancel, anytime, your admission depending of the recruitment through its main list. There is a risk.
Case 2: You made no choice, no ranking, no answer your application form will be definitively cancelled.
