The Package for cultural integration is a full assistance during all your studies in France.
The « welcome » package is a part of the Package for cultural integration.
The « welcome » package includes all the following assistances :
One representative of « n+i » will be waiting for you at the door of the plane (or train) to drive you, in taxi or bus, directly in your room booked for you at “cité internationale de Paris”. It is a top place with restaurants for students and many resorts for sport and culture. If you arrive late in the evening, you will get a small cold diner.
The « n+i » organization will have booked an insurance in your name in case you may have some problem for the first minute in France. This insurance may cover repatriation (in case of serious conditions).
The « n+i » organization helps you in giving a list of emergency phone numbers (24h/24), in finding addresses of good shops, in opening a bank account with special offers, in answering all you questions……….
During the 4 days of the welcome period, you are fully assisted for your formalities in the morning and the afternoons will be devoted either to guided tourism (organised in Paris and Versailles) or to free visits.
You have not to rush to change money. Everything is paid! Travel card for metro, phone card to comfort you relatives, the room, visits, transfers… You will have only to pay for your meals (2 to 3 euros in a restaurant for students).
Few days after your arrival you will be transferred by bus to your French courses centres where you have the same welcome: Personally!.
You have, each minute, a contact with a representative of the « n+i » organization who can answer to any question.
ATTENTION : The weight of the luggage is to 30 kg per person and all overweight induced special transfers.
