«Integration» packages

With “n+i” Network, students in Engineering or Sciences or young Engineers may choose one of two "post graduate" programmes at a Master level:
These two programmes are the same as for French students and they are taught in French.

One originality of the “n+i” organization is to help the foreign students toward the success in asking them to take packages for integration. These packages, managed by “n+i” Network on behalf the schools, take care of all the practical aspect of the stay in France, welcome, insurances, accommodation, transfers as well as u full methodological assistance in the engineering school in order to help the students to adapt themselves to a new way of learning (reports, relationships with professors, oral presentation, homework…) and finally to complete their studies with success,

The Packages for Cultural, Linguistic and Methodological integration are, for foreign students, very good trump cards for « success ». They are managed by “n+i” Network on behalf engineering schools, to help students.

To do so, we recommend to students, a Package for “Integration” composed with three complementary packages depending of the level in French of each student.
·         Along the training in France, a package for cultural integration, offering a personal assistance,
·         Before the engineering training, a package for linguistic integration,
·         At the beginning of the engineering training, a package for methodological integration (1).

(1) There are, in fact, two packages for methodological integration depending on the needs of the student (see details).

All these packages are included in the engineering training and so do not represent any supplement of time.

The packages for “cultural integration”, “linguistic integration” and “Methodological integration” are mixed up and organised as one package, as premaster year before the master in engineering. This package, called Premaster or Package « PCLM12 » «Cultural, Linguistic, Methodological» lasts 12 months. This package “PCLM12” is designed for beginners in French willing to benefit of a very good preparation to their studies in France or for students willing to upgrade their competences in sciences and technology before the beginning of the master.

This package « PCLM » may be organized before the beginning of the regular training in France or in the foreign country (under agreements).

IMPORTANT : A failure after one year in France may lead to repeat this year or to exclusion. This is traumatic for the student and the school. It is much better to give to the student from the beginning all the chances of a good integration. This is why, it is the Engineering schools and the « n+i » network who decide which package is adapted to the student on the way of his/her graduation in France.

These packages are managed, under the demand of the engineering schools by the “n+i” network for the benefit of the students.

Student may forward, in the inscription process, all information proving his/her level of French, his/her experience with the French culture, etc. in order to support a demand of exemption of packages.

The decision for exemption is a pedagogical decision mad by the school and is never linked to a question of costs. A failure may be much costier, in final.

The Package for integration is a all. A student who needs a package for “Methodological integration” or for “Linguistic Integration” will need a package for “Cultural Integration”.
