How to select a candidate?

            With a simple login and a password given to you free of charge by “n+i”,  the Company can have a direct access to the student’s database which contains files (validated and certified by “n+i”) of  international or French engineering  students coming from different excellent Universities or schools all over the world.

How to find the engineering student to whom you want offer a financial aid ?

You need to

1.       define your need and timing, that is to say, the end of the training period (3 different promotions). You can therefore search a student:

a.       who finishes his/her studies by next June. Your help can allow him/her to finance his/her last year of study. You can also offer him/her a recruitment.

b.       who is at the beginning of his international study program and who could be interested  by your financial aid and the training that you may offer.

c.       who is still in his home country, and he/she is undergoing the process of registration in  the “n+i”  network and that your financial aid can help him/her to come to France. In this case, you would be training an engineer corresponding precisely to your needs (choice of the nationality, the out-going university, French school, field of study, trainings etc…).

2.       visit our website www.nplusi.com and get into the database of the engineering student’s files ( for all 3 sessions) with more than 250 themes proposed by 74 Grandes Ecoles (Arts et Métiers Paristech, Supélec, Télécom Bretagne, ESTP, INSA, Mines de Nancy, ENSCCF, ENSIACET, ENSCI, ESIEE, ENSEEIHT etc.)

3.       select the engineering student out of hundreds who are meticulously selected who suits you according to your criteria (date of issue of the degree, out-going university, school in France, area of competency, nationality, etc.). The “n+i” network can, on demand, pre-select students for you.

4.       contact directly the engineering student to meet and interview him/her.

5.      contact “n+i” network (contact.entreprise@nplusi.com) to discuss the type of contract which would be proposed to the selected engineering student for a partnership (that is to say, a financial aid, internships, projects, etc.) tailored in such a way that the contract may be with or without a possible recruitment offer to the student in future.

…and the “n+i”  network takes charge of the rest (administrative formalities, individualized student welcome, management of scholarships, organization of internships, studies, etc. )
