print

To apply to « n+i » programmes you must proceed in two steps. Application is very easy and free of charge.
There is no fees before the offer which be done by the Engineering institutes. When you will have a list of offers from Engineering schools you will decide to accept one of them or the quit without any penalty, no risk!

1.     Step 1 : Open and fill your "electronic" application file

This first step is mandatory-no other form of application is accepted. Complete the online application form at this site. Furnish as much detail as possible.

Important Tips:
a)                 Read carefully the page on“electronic file”,
b)                 Choose a user name and password. Keep these confidential. You will need them for your later communications with us. When you apply we will give you an "n+i" ID that you will use in your correspondence.
c)                  With your login and password you have, anytime, an access to your personal webpage. Check your personal "n+i" webpage often to see if you've received offers of admission or financial aid.

  1. Step 2 : Send your « paper » application file.
Use express mail service when sending us your paper-based documents including: your online application (printed and signed), letters of recommendation, your statement of personal and professional goals, degrees and diplomas, grade reports, and so on (see document to provide). Send all such documents to the address indicated for your country (see your personal web-page).

Do not forget to join written proofs of your level in French (tests, letters, degrees,…).

Important Tips:
a.      Read carefully the webpage “paper” application form,
b.      Your complete paper file must reach us by the deadline (see Admission timetable),
c.      With your login and password, you can track the progress of your application in real time.

Note :
a)                 Before it can be reviewed, your online application must be complete and consistent with the documents you have submitted. It must also meet the criteria established by “n+i” Network’s partners. You must have attained the academic level required for the program to which you are applying,
b)                 Determinations of equivalences, credits, and grades are made by an "n+i" committee appointed by directors of engineering schools and programs. The decisions of the committee are final and not subject to review or appeal,
c)                  Once reviewed, your application will be made available to "n+i" institutional members (schools, universities, companies, regional governments, and grant-making organizations-but not to other students, of course) so that they may make decisions about admission and financial aid,
d)                 "n+i" Network may accredit persons to give a comment on your candidature (following one interview for instance). These comments will be added to your file but you will not be authorised to consult them (see legal mentions to be signed at the end of your application form). These comments will be accessible by persons who will have to study your candidature (Engineering Institutes, Enterprises, etc.),
e)                 Because "n+i" Network, who manages applications, is a signatory to the charter of the national committee on freedom and information technology (Commission Nationale Informatique et Liberté, CNIL), you can be sure that the information you provide will be kept confidential.

Tips:
You need take no further action-we'll do the work for you. But check this site regularly, since it is the only way for you to be informed of admission decisions, offers of financial aid, internships, and other news and events.
