Calendar 2009

There is one period from end of August 2008 up to March, 7^th, 2009 to apply through the website, but 2 sessions (deadlines) for selection.

You may apply all along this campaign but earlier you apply and better and greater are your chances to get a maximum of offers (From Engineering schools) and scholarships.

Student may have an offer as soon as December

IMPORTANT: For each session, there is a deadline

to complete application files containing all required information and supporting documents ("electronic" and "paper" files). Applications must be received at the address indicated by "n+i" by the deadline,

to consult on your personal page, by using your login and password, the academic and financial offers from Engineering Institutes,

to give your answer to theses offers,

to confirm, by “n+i” organization your pre-admission in one school with the quotation corresponding to the total cost of your studies,

to confirm your participation by paying the deposit of 300 €,

to receive the invoice after the payment of your deposit,

to pay the invoice and to benefit from potential saving.

Session 1 (up to November, 16th, 2008) : Session for students who candidate to scholarships programmes (Companies, “n+i”, Eiffel, Embassies….)

Deadlines:

November, 16, 2008 : to complete application files containing all required information and supporting documents ("electronic" and "paper" files),

December, 19,2008 : to consult on your personal page, by using your "n+i" login and password, the academic and financial offers from Engineering Institutes,

January 5, 2009 : to give your answer to theses offers, on the website with your Login + password,

January 6, 2009 : to confirm, by “n+i” your pre-admission in one school with the quotation corresponding to the total cost of your studies,

January, 30, 2009 : to confirm your participation by paying the deposit of 300 €,

February, 2, 2009 : edition of the invoice after the payment of your deposit,

March, 6, 2009 : to pay the invoice.

Session 2 (up to March, 7^th, 2008)

Deadlines:

March, 7, 2009 : to complete application files containing all required information and supporting documents ("electronic" and "paper" files),

April, 3, 2009 : edition on your personal page, of the academic and financial offers from Engineering Institutes,

April, 17, 2009 : to give your answer to theses offers, on the website with your Login + password,*

April, 20, 2009: to confirm, by “n+i” organization, your pre-admission in one school from your selection and edition by “n+i” of the quotation corresponding to the total cost of your studies,

May, 1, 2009 : to confirm your participation by paying the deposit of 300 €,

May, 7, 2008 : edition of the invoice after the payment of your deposit,

June, 1, 2008 : to pay the invoice.

Exemptions for packages for linguistic integration

All written proofs to support a demand for exemption of the package for linguistic integration must be received by « n+i » Paris as soon as possible in order to be taking off the invoice.

French tests and visas

Attention :Take care of delays in production of the results of French tests or written proofs of your level signed by an accredited person as well as the periods to get the visa.

Welcome in Paris and transfers

July, from 21 to 25, 2009 : welcome of all students required to take a summer course in French language.

September, from 10 to 13, 2009 : welcome in Paris of students exempted of the package for linguistic integration or for students finishing a period PCLM12.

September, 14, 2009 : transfers of students to engineering institutes and beginning of the engineering studies.
