Description M1
July – December: Programme d’intégration PIC (culturel), PIL (linguistique) and PIM (méthodologique) in collaboration with the n+i network.
The n+i network will welcome you in Paris (PIC) and you will be transferred to the CAVILAM in Vichy for your PIL. The PIM is held at the ENSCCF for all the chemistry programmes in France. You will arrive in Clermont-Ferrand mid-September and you will attend intensive classes in French, Maths, and Chemistry for 12 weeks. In January, you will integrate the French promotion, which is composed of over 80 students. Y will follow lectures and participate to tutorials and practical work in Organic, Inorganic, Analytical & Physical Chemistry as well as Chemical Engineering.
This semester will conclude with a 3-month research placement (Jun-Aug). We encourage students to carry out their placements abroad. We have many international partners including in UK, Japan, USA, Australia, India, China.

Description M2
During your 2nd year, you will be able to specialise in one of the three specialities offered by the School:
o Chemical Engineering (Génie Chimique GC).
o Organic Chemistry (Chimie Organique Fine et Industrielle COFI).
o High Performance Materials (Matériaux Haute Performance MHP) with two sub-options: Sustainable Organic Materials or Innovative Inorganic Materials.
All students carry out an industrial project in their specialty (100 hours over the semester)
The program will conclude with a 6-month placement in an industrial setting in relation with your career objectives. This placement is usually remunerated in the order of 4000-5000 Euros in total.
