Description M1
The purpose of this MSc course, open to students worldwide, is to create awareness of the scientific, social and economic realities of the modern agrifood industry and to provide scientific and practical training in an international context.
It is designed to train future researchers and executives aiming at international careers in the sectors of agriculture, agrofood, environment, non-food valorisation of agro-resources.
Open to students of any nationality. All classes taught in English
Teaching methods include lectures, tutorials, seminars, practical work, case studies, teamwork.
Developing communication skills and autonomy is one of the programme objectives.
The M1 will enhance the background knowledge in agrofood sciences, and related economics, some bases in French and scientific English and in five critical fields: genomics, sustainable agriculture, food safety, green chemistry and agrofood economics.

Description M2
The M2 will bring advanced knowledge in agrofood economics, consumer requests and quality control, communication in sciences, and integrating various sciences to get innovative projects. Then the student will specialize in one of the 5 major fieds: genomics, sustainable agriculture, food safety, non-food valorisation of biomass or agrofood economics, and will finish this course by an internship in the chosen field.
