2012 Schedule

When should I register?

There is a recruitment campaign from 15th September 2011 to 11th March 2012 with 2 recruitment sessions.
 
You have six months to register, but the sooner your application is complete the greater your chances of obtaining scholarships.
 
Your welcome depends on your program and the possible exemptions. To be exempt from PIL you must contact the Network n+i with your certificates before April 17, 2012.
 

Session 1 (ends 13th November 2011)
This session is mainly for students who wish to apply for a grant (companies, “n+i”, Eiffel or Embassies).
Deadlines:
13th November 2011: submission of completed online and paper forms,
9th December 2011: offers from schools to students,
NoteYou can be declared “admitted” in December! That way, you have plenty of time to prepare your stay in France!
14th December 2011: replies to candidates for an EIFFEL grant,
2 January 2012: responses to other grant applicants (other than Eiffel),
4th January 2012: “n+i” confirmation of pre-admission and a full quotation for the cost of your studies at your chosen school (this quotation will be adjusted to account for any exemptions)
29th January 2012: confirmation from you and payment of deposit of €350,
1st February 2012: Invoice available on line,
26 February 2012: payment of invoice
For Eiffel grant applications, note that responses to offers from schools are required before 14th December 2011!

TipDon’t leave it too late to send in your certificates to back up your exemption requests
Session 2 (ends 11th March 2012)
Deadlines:
11 March 2012: submission of completed online and paper forms,
4th April 2012: offers from schools to students and online publication of EIFFEL grants awarded,
15th April 2012: responses from students to offers,
17th April 2012: “n+i” network confirmation of pre-admission to a chosen school and a full quotation for the cost of your studies at your chosen school (this quotation will be adjusted to account for any exemptions)
17th April 2012: deadline for exemption (with official tests, documents)
6th May 2012: confirmation from you and payment of deposit of €350,
4th May 2012: Invoice + admission letter available online,
3rd June 2012: payment of invoice (in full).

Welcome in Paris and Onward Transport
Your welcome will be provided on a particular day before 13h. This date will be displayed on your nplusi.com personal page on or before May 15, 2012.
 
July 2011 (dates to be confirmed): Students for the PIL course will be greeted in Paris.
September 2011 (dates to be confirmed): Students exempt from the PIL will be greeted in Paris.
 
Dates for July and September 2012 will be different to previous years and will be confirmed at a later date. Log on to your personal “n+i” page frequently for updated information.
